This website is operated by Jeffery Ng (CEA Reg. No. R050136D) of Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Licence No. L3008937I), an independent real estate agency. This is not the official website of the developer, CDL Divine Pte. Ltd. / City Developments Limited, and it is not endorsed by them. “Wynwood Grand” is the developer’s project name, used here for identification only.
02What we collect
When you register interest or contact us, we collect the following personal data, submitted via our registration forms, the WhatsApp handoff, or calls:
- Your name
- Your mobile number
- Your email address (optional)
- Your quiz answers — eligibility situation, budget range and purchase timeline
03Why we collect it
We use your personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiries about Wynwood Grand EC
- Send the price lists, floor plans and launch updates you requested
- Arrange showflat appointments (by appointment, to be confirmed)
- Improve this site through aggregated, anonymised analytics
04Consent
We collect personal data only with your explicit consent, given via the PDPA consent checkbox in our forms — which is unchecked by default. Submitting a form constitutes consent for the Wynwood Grand Sales Team to contact you via call, SMS or WhatsApp about Wynwood Grand EC and related property updates. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8).
05WhatsApp handoff
When you submit a form, your browser opens a wa.me chat with a pre-filled message. The message content is composed on your device and is sent only when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that platform.
06How we share data
Your data is shared only with the salesperson(s) handling your enquiry and, where relevant for a unit booking, the developer’s appointed sales administration. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain lead data while Wynwood Grand EC is actively marketed and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.
08Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent at any time via WhatsApp, call or email to the Data Protection contact in Section 12. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any use of your data before the withdrawal.
09Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal data, and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
