About these images
CDL has not yet released official renders, a site plan or show-unit photography for Wynwood Grand. The building, pool deck, gym and interior visuals in this gallery are artist’s impressions produced for this independent site to convey a typical CDL EC standard, drawing on the developer’s recent projects such as Copen Grand and Lumina Grand. They do not show the actual block layout, facade, facilities or finishes, all of which remain to be confirmed by the developer.
What is known about the physical envelope comes from HDB’s tender documents: a 25,207 sq m site with a plot ratio of 1.7 and a technical height limit of 61 m, which points to a relatively spacious, mid-rise layout rather than a dense tower scheme. The tender also requires at least 500 sq m of gross floor area for an early childhood development centre, and asks for wellness-led landscaping that connects to the neighbouring Healing Garden. We will replace the concept images with CDL’s material as soon as it is public.
What the showflat will show
- Fully fitted show units, conventionally for the most common layouts; ECs are typically 3- to 5-bedroom, with the exact mix for Wynwood Grand to be confirmed.
- A scale model of the development with block positions, facilities and the ECDC location, which is the first reliable view of the site plan.
- Material and appliance boards showing the finishes, kitchen fittings and bathroom ware included in the price.
- Floor plans with strata areas, orientation and stack positions, plus the price list once released.
- Opening is expected with the preview in late 2026 or early 2027, by appointment and subject to CDL confirmation.
The Woodlands South setting
The site sits in the Woodlands South precinct of District 25, fronting the 1.5-hectare Woodlands Healing Garden managed by NParks and directly beside Woodlands Health Campus, the integrated hospital campus officially opened in July 2024. Singapore Sports School and Christ Church Secondary School are also immediately adjacent, and Innova Primary is on Woodlands Drive 17 itself.

Woodlands South MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line is about 270 to 300 metres away, a three to five minute walk. It is one stop to Woodlands interchange and Causeway Point, two stops to Woodlands North for the RTS Link to Johor Bahru, and a direct ride to Orchard and Marina Bay. Daily groceries are within walking distance at FairPrice Xpress, Giant and FairPrice, with Admiralty Park about 1.6 km away for weekends.
